Each piece I create is unique and one of a kind. Every work is made by hand through a meticulous process of slip casting and structural glazing, resulting in subtle variations in form, surface, and finish. No two pieces are exactly alike, and these individual differences are an inherent part of their handmade character.
If you have not had the opportunity to see my work in person and would like to learn more about a particular piece, please feel free to email me. I would be happy to share additional details, images, or information about the work.
For orders within the UK, items will be dispatched within one week of purchase and sent using a tracked courier service, with delivery typically taking 1–3 working days.
For international orders, please email me directly after purchasing so that we can arrange delivery.
Please note that all pieces are shipped from the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Most of my works are made from slip-cast porcelain and finished with a sculptural glaze known as gloop glaze. Although the pieces are sturdy, they are ceramic works and should be handled with care. The material is long-lasting, and the colour and surface will remain stable over time.
As some pieces include delicate or fragile areas, each shipment will include handling instructions specific to the work you have purchased.
When installing or displaying your piece on a flat surface, museum wax or museum putty can be used to help secure and stabilise it.
Every piece is packed with the greatest care to ensure it is well protected during transit. However, as I cannot control how parcels are handled once they have been dispatched, there is always a small possibility that a piece may arrive damaged.
If your piece arrives with minor damage that can be repaired and you would still like to keep it, I can provide specific guidance on how to repair it and arrange a partial refund where appropriate.
If your piece arrives significantly damaged or broken, I can offer either a refund or, where possible, recreate the piece and send a replacement. Please note that, as every work is handmade and unique, a recreated piece will be similar in character but cannot be identical to the original.
If your piece arrives safely and undamaged but you simply wish to return it, I am unfortunately unable to accept returns. Each work is carefully packed by me to minimise the risk of damage in transit, and I cannot guarantee that a returned piece would be repacked and shipped with the same level of protection.
